he/she is not upset that the babies are on welfare (who knows?)(just like no one was really upset Mary wasn't spending the oil money on the poor)...
he/she is hard of heart and just hates extra people that deplete the resources of the earth or of the rich... all the while, he/she probably poses as some very tolerant and "diverse" person.
