that looks like Sasha baren cohen. the "comedian" who did Borat. so yes, this is a set up. although i have the uncomfortable feeling that the parents are for real
Usually the people that Cohen "pranks" and sets up are real, unsuspecting people. This guy is a vulgar actor, but the way he catches some people is quite disturbing.
