What is Santa holding in his hands? It looks kind of like a burnt piece of paper or a discolored piece of fluorspar, with a faint impression of the Obama logo on it. The Obama logo (if that's actually what it is) makes some sense in the context of liberal vs. conservative, but I don't really understand why it looks like either a burnt piece of paper or some kind of mineral formation.
