It's only been a week and the red flags are popping up everywhere. But then again there are reports of a traditional minded Pope Francis. It seems thus far that there is clearly a massive amount of contradictory reporting coming from the media and inside the Church. Michael will break it all down on tonight's broadcast. Michael Voris? Just the man who's opinion I was worried about. The man who attacked the Knights of Columbus when he 'took issue with their insurance sales'. Who takes no prisoners and doesn't believe that the Church can exist outside of his Vortex. Yikes!! Good luck Patrick and we'll be praying for you!

Voris has done a great deal of damage with his ill-informed rants against the Knights. I wish you didn't give him any added exposure.

I'm well aware of what Voris "called" them on - and it's bunk!
You will be hard pressed to find a more openly pro-life supporting group than the Knights of Columbus and Archbishop Lori, their Supreme Chaplain, has said that they will be the "tip of the spear" in his Religious Freedom efforts.
Its not the Knights job to determine who is/is not Catholic. They've always deferred to their clergy and chaplains when there is a problem with status. The Knights prefer to evangelize and they use the term "practical" not "practicing" in their membership in the hopes that they can draw their fallen members closer to the Church's teaching. If the Bishops won't call it - they certainly don't want the Knights taking it upon themselves. Supreme has discussed this with the Bishops and they are clearly acting on their guidance.

He is too reactionary for my tastes. And really, he promotes his videos (or at least the ones that lead up to my decision to stop watching) only to insult and divide. My husband is a Knight and has the most prayerful pro-life group of men I've ever had the privilege to know.

Get your head out of the sand. There is plenty more to criticize the Knights of Colmbus "Leadership". Try understanding why so many sick "Catholic" politicians are still, in spite of KofC Article 162-2, still allowed membership in that Organization.

Did Voris ever give back the donations he took from the Knights back in the days of St. Michael's Media?
