Devout Catholics Have Better Sex

This is my kind of study!

Devout, married Catholics have the best sex of any demographic group, the Family Research Council said at an event Wednesday, pointing to a collection of studies from the last several decades.

The socially conservative Christian group relied heavily on statistics from the University of Chicago's last National Health and Social Life Survey, conducted in 1992, which found the most enjoyable and most frequent sex occurring among married people, those who attended church weekly – any church, whether Catholic or not – and people who had the least sexual partners.

"Those who worship God weekly have the best sex," said Patrick Fagan, a senior fellow at the Family Research Council and a former George H.W. Bush official, in a talk hosted with the Center for the Advancement of Catholic Higher Education Wednesday. "I want to see this on the cover of Playboy sometime.
Bringin sexy back baby!!

There are obviously many reasons for this and they all boil down to this. When sex is used as God intended, it is more enjoyable. Who knew? Oh yeah. Us.

It would be good to listen to St. Paul, and get the kids married when it becomes obvious they need to be rather than being compromised with this ridiculous modern world.

I've had Catholic raised folks, some my own relatives, say this life just isn't possible any more. Sometimes I worry they are right.

Secularists view frequently call religious views on sex "Puritanical" and at least imply that the Puritans thought sex was sinful. The thing is, the Puritans viewed sex as very important. If one spouse withheld sex, that person could complain to church leaders and both men and women were known to use that process (admittedly more men than women). Puritans didn't hate sex. They got it on all the time.

Glad to hear it, but THIS is the stuff the FRC is wasting its time on? Really seem rather juvenile.

Pretty sure the FRC needs to define what "good" is, cuz I'm betting catholic s may be using a different standard than the rest of western civilization.
