This hashtag #EndStPatricksday is trending in liberal circles. They are seemingly anti-St. Patrick's day because it's about promoting "whiteness" or something. This one struck me funny, though.
Q: isn't St Patrick's day is a catholic holiday?— End St.Patrick's Day (@endstpats) February 5, 2017
A: and? the catholic church is a white organization oppressing millions of PoC worldwide.
Someone should tell them that there about 170 million Catholics in Africa, about 9 million Catholics in China, and about 20 million Catholics in India. And the wonderful thing about being a Catholic is it's a volunteer position. If you don't want to be a Catholic, you don't even have to fill out a form or start a silly hashtag.
As Anthony Esolen recently wrote, "I’m proud to say that I belong to the most multi-cultural institution in the history of the world, by far. I am a Roman Catholic."
