The last paragraph in the release makes it look as though Sr. Keehan is trying to position CHA as a player:

"We are especially called to share our expertise in the health care marketplace to help people understand this bill. So many people depend on our continuing to advocate for quality health reform for everyone."

CHA definitely couldn't be mistaken for an advocate of the unborn person.
