Did Rand Paul Just Punt on the Life Issue?
Senator Rand Paul just pulled a Mike Pence and essentially promised not to pass abortion legislation as president. I get what he's trying to do here. He's trying to look reasonable in a very heated debate but here's the thing -if a politician isn't willing to stand up for life on principle what principle will he stand up for.

It sounds like he could be punting the whole issue -- or he may be saying that there will be no opportunity to establish laws on the other extreme (no abortion whatsoever) until there is further persuasion. That persuasion comes first before there will be political will to change the laws. Just trying to look for other possibilities
ReplyDeleteAs someone said (I wish I could source this), Democrats work very hard to win elections. Republicans work very hard to be approved of by Democrats.
ReplyDeleteYou have a rich full fantasy life.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you think?
ReplyDeleteYeah, because white people hate black people. You are a sick pup. A really really sick pup. FBI LOOK SHARP.
ReplyDeleteSo you are masturbating while you type abortion fantasies. You sick fetus fetlishist perverts are a nickel a dozen.
ReplyDeleteDo not pray for me. God might think I hang with an evil fruitbat like you.
ReplyDeleteTalmud is older than Jesus. Jesus was a Jew and would never have founded a church. That is a convenient myth. There is other evidence that abortion was known and practiced as a tool of Mosaic civil law. Numbers 5:12.
ReplyDeleteI asked for your plan. How will you deal with women who have abortions that are illegal in your system?
ReplyDeleteMosaic Law exists as does Talmud. Both support abortion. Facts. There is nothing to "rationalize." Interesting fact is that Jewish women, althought they have a religious right to abortion, have the lowest abortion rates in the US.
ReplyDeleteYou speak for God? ::: walking quickly away from the fruitbat :::
ReplyDeleteYour plan is sanction murder. Your answer to "unwanted" children is to kill them.
ReplyDeleteYou are a sick man.
I asked for your plan. What are you going to do with women get illegal abortions in your system?
ReplyDeleteAbortion is legal.
ReplyDeleteMurder is illegal.
That which is legal cannot also be illegal.
Therefore abortion is not murder.
Prove otherwise.
Just one conviction will do. I am sure you can find one, not.
A supporter of murder is a murderer by law. You said the wife of a POTUS is a murderer. You are liar and a slanderer.
I know what you asked and I don't feel the need to answer someone as off balance as you. I'm quite confident that my approach would show compassion to those who need it and justice for those that deserve it. I certainly won't advocated killing them which is your solution for hard choices. But rationale discourse with on such things isn't going to be fruitful. You'll just go off misconstruing my words, spout nuttiness and then cap it off with a offhand "what a douche."
ReplyDeleteYou are a sick woman.
You again confuse legality with morality.
ReplyDeleteAnd BTW, I never said Barbara Bush is a murderer. So you can't read worth a sh!t either.
liar liar pants on fire
ReplyDeleteYes, it is a bit odd that the Popes who helped usher in the worst crisis in the Church's history (as Fr. John Hardon noted) are being canonized. The only Pope after Vatican II that I don't think there will be a rush to canonize is Pope Benedict XVI. He was simply too traditional.
ReplyDeleteAnd really, are we to believe we are simply the most fortunate generation in the history of the Church to have a slew of Popes one right after the other who are all Saints? Particularly judging by how seldom Popes in the past were raised to sainthood?
We owe it to John Paul II TEH GRRREAT!1!!. I suggest everyone to read the book (which is online) that halted the canonizations of Paul VI. It is Paul VI Beatified? By Fr. Luigi Villa.
ReplyDeleteThe same author, who was charged by St. Padre Pio to fight ecclesiastical Freemasonry.. that is, Freemasonry inside the Church, steadfastly opposes the canonization of John Paul II.
Padre Pio is said to have told Father Villa that Our Lord had designs upon him and had chosen him to be educated and trained to fight Freemasonry within the Church. The Saint spelled out this task in three meetings with Father Villa, which took place in the last fifteen years of life of Padre Pio. At the close of the second meeting [second half of 1963], Padre Pio embraced Father Villa three times, saying to him: ‘Be brave, now…for the Church has already been invaded by Freemasonry!’ and then stated: ‘Freemasonry has already made it into the loafers (shoes) of the Pope!’ At the time, the reigning Pope was Paul VI.

This is a farce, all of it. Just canonize Pope Francis too while he's still alive. He's soooo humble you know!
